Always friendly and wonderful service. My gel nails from them typically last me 3 weeks without any chips.

The receptionist/bookeeper is very rude and has so much attitude. Wouldnt recommend this place theres so many other nails salons that can do nails and dont show attitude and have ettiquettes.
I received a full set of hard gel nails and had a wonderful experience. My nails look great and time was taken to make them perfect.
The first time I went, I didn’t want any powder or actual gel because I wanted my nails to get healthier than they were or we should just say I didn’t want them to get weaker than they were. My nails were just average nails so she suggested I do long lasting polish, but I did notice even after I had it done. The polish was not long lasting then I decided to do gel polish. The manicure is $40 plus tip. I left seven dollars and I noticed my nails were cracking not the actual nail, but the polish was cracking all across my nails pretty much right away. I went in and I showed her and she said that’s because my nail is weak and the gel does not extend. I never ever had that happen to me before. Also I am going to try a new place that only charges $32 for gel polish rather than 40 and hopefully I won’t have lines and cracks in the polish. I’ve never experienced this before. But to give them credit, they do a great job cleaning the cuticle area
Used to go here for the past 7 years. Angela is lovely, always been so thorough and personable. Leo the owner is also great, the place is clean. However Nicole the “bookkeeper” could use some customer service etiquette. Always prioritize certain kind of clientele, unnecessary attitude when trying to schedule an appointment. Hangs up on people mid sentence. Kind of sad how one person can truly ruin the experience and loyalty. I tried putting her attitude behind me however not worth the frustration. Didn’t mind the 25 minute drive but now I prefer to stay local than to deal with her
